Another trick is to save the searches you're are most interested in. Then, you can run the searches at a later time to see if new homes have been added to the MLS that meet your criteria for a new home.

Once you have saved properties, they are added to the My SavingStreet dashboard created especially  for you. This page is customized for you and will contain all your saved information.
